Candidate Referral Program

Our Candidate Referral Program rewards those outside our organization who help connect professionals with great opportunities. Refer a candidate to Mission Recruiting, and when they’re successfully placed, you’ll earn a bonus in appreciation for your contribution.

Law Firm Referral Program

The Law Firm Referral Program rewards individuals outside our organization who connect law firms with Mission Recruiting. When your referred firm makes successful placements, you’ll earn a bonus for helping build strong legal teams.

Mission Recruiting Referral Program Terms and Conditions

Thank you for your interest in Mission Recruiting’s Referral Program. This program rewards individuals outside our organization for referring candidates or law firms to us. If your referral leads to a successful placement, you may be eligible for a referral bonus as outlined below.

Eligibility

  1. Who Can Refer
    This program is open to individuals who are not affiliated with Mission Recruiting as employees, contractors, or business partners.

  2. Eligible Referrals

  • Candidates: Referred candidates must not have had any form of communication with Mission Recruiting within the past 12 months. Such candidates are considered "active" in our system and are ineligible for this program.

  • Law Firms: Referred law firms must not have engaged with Mission Recruiting for placement services within the last 36 months.

  1. Referral Scope
    This program is limited to candidates and law firms based in the United States.

Referral Bonus Structure

  1. First Placement
    Earn 3.5% of the placement fee for the first successful placement resulting from your referral.

  2. Second Placement
    Earn 7% of the placement fee for the second successful placement resulting from your referral.

  3. Third and Subsequent Placements
    Earn 10% of the placement fee for each additional successful placement resulting from your referral.

The referral period for each candidate or law firm lasts for six months from the date of submission. Any placements made after this period are not eligible for bonuses. The Referral Bonus structure resets each year, twelve months from the date of the first submission. A maximum of five referral bonuses will be accepted by any one referrer in any given year.

Referral Submission Guidelines

  1. Referrals must be submitted via the designated process (email, online form, or other approved method).

  2. Referrers must provide accurate and complete contact information for themselves and their referral.

  3. Only the first person to submit a referral for a specific candidate or law firm will be eligible for bonuses in cases of duplicate referrals.

Payment Terms

  1. Payment Timing
    Referral bonuses will be paid within thirty days after the referred candidate or law firm leads to a successful placement and fulfills the required guarantee period and grace period. Grace periods are typically from 30-60 days.

  2. Payment Method
    Payments will be made via check or electronic transfer. Referrers must provide any necessary documentation (such as a W-9 form) to process payment.

Program Limits and Expiration

  1. Referral Validity
    Referrals are valid for six months from the date of submission. If no placements are made within this timeframe, the referral will expire, and no bonuses will be paid.

  2. Program Discretion
    Mission Recruiting reserves the right to limit the number of bonuses paid or suspend the program at any time. Changes will not affect referrals submitted before the effective date of the change.

Additional Terms

  1. Determination of Eligibility
    Mission Recruiting reserves the right to determine the eligibility of referred candidates, law firms, and referrers. All decisions are final.

  2. Confidentiality
    Mission Recruiting will not disclose sensitive information regarding the referred candidate or law firm’s hiring process to the referrer.

  3. Tax Obligations
    Referral bonuses are considered taxable income. Mission Recruiting will issue a 1099 form if required. Referrers are responsible for complying with applicable tax laws.

  4. Fraud and Abuse
    Mission Recruiting reserves the right to disqualify referrals or participants suspected of engaging in fraudulent or unethical behavior.

  5. Dispute Resolution
    Any disputes regarding the program will be resolved at the sole discretion of Mission Recruiting.

Communication and Transparency

  1. Referral Updates
    Referrers will receive confirmation upon submission of a referral and periodic updates regarding its status.

  2. Feedback Mechanism

Modification or Termination of the Program

Mission Recruiting reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time without prior notice. Any changes will not affect bonuses for referrals submitted before the effective date of the changes.
